KuKui Hula Dance Skirt, Pau Skirt, Made in Japan

This item was received as a gift. I do not know when it was purchased or how many times it was used.

To the best of my amateur inspection, there are no tears or noticeable stains.
I have included photos of the flat measurements, but if adjustments are needed, I recommend replacing the elastic yourself.
The yellow one has thin fabric and is likely for practice.
