A long-established manufacturer founded in 1924. In 1991, it became part of Italy's Benetton group, but in 1998, the brand ceased to exist when Nordica, the then parent company, absorbed the brand. In 2015, discussions about reviving the brand began, and in 2018, the brand was fully revived under the Czech company Consil Sport.
