It allows you to convert the unique shape of the Type 89 mount into a Picatinny rail, enabling the attachment of various optics.
It is secured by tightening with a hex wrench.
You can modernize your equipment with the still enduringly popular Type 89.

There are some scuffs and paint chips from use, but the rail itself is not crushed and can be used without issue.
I am offering it at a slightly lower price due to the scratches.
