The condition is good.
There are minor scratches on the zipper pulls (Image 7), but no other noticeable scratches or stains.

② Pants

*   Adjustable leg length with drawstrings inside the pockets on both sides (Image 11)

There are some scuffs and scratches near the hem (Images 13-14), but the overall condition is good.
The pant cuffs, which are most prone to wear, are also clean (Image 15).

Both the top and bottom are very well-made and in good condition.
They can still be used for a long time, but opinions may vary, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details.
