Vintage Air France Colored Pencil Sets Lot of 5 Airline Amenity Kit Souvenir

Lot of five vintage Air France colored pencil sets, the little embossed pouches handed out on board. Each pouch is textured vinyl with AIR FRANCE embossed across the face, a fold-over flap, and a clear window front showing the pencils inside.   WHAT YOU GET  Five pouches in four colors: two tan, one dark green, one red, and one navy blue. Each holds a set of short colored pencils behind the clear window. Please count the pencils in the photos rather than relying on my description, since I have not pulled every set out.   These were in-flight giveaways rather than retail products, which is why they turn up in family keepsake boxes and rarely anywhere else. The pencils themselves are the short stub type made for a tray table.   CONDITION  Used vintage condition, exactly as pictured. The vinyl on all five pouches is supple with the AIR FRANCE embossing crisp and readable. There is light surface soiling and handling wear. The clear windows are intact with some clouding and creasing. The pencils appear unused or barely used, with points intact.   I have not tested whether the pencils still write. Old colored pencil leads can dry out or come loose inside the barrel, so buy these as a collectible and display set rather than as art supplies.   Sold as a lot of five.
