Interesting 1970’s Floppy Lace Hat. Very Prairie core cottage and maybe a smidge Western in aesthetic. It has a couple small spots (could be cleaned.) I’ll leave that to new owner. I wear a 6 7/8 hat and it fits me with a little stretch. Calling her a Medium.
