Handmade.
Top with polka dot pattern and ruffles.

I don't practice flamenco myself, so I don't know the details, but my aunt made it.
It fits me well, and I usually wear a size 9 or M in regular clothing.
The shoulder area has a large opening, so it might be better to wear it with elastic threaded inside.
