The grip is a heat-resistant silicone version.

This is a hot sandwich maker made from original cast aluminum.
Each cast body is polished by hand.
We chose the time-consuming methods of casting and polishing to leave the mark of craftsmanship on each piece.
We believe it will become your own unique tool as you use it.

The body separates into two parts, so it can also be used for cooking dishes like ajillo.

One side is designed to be slightly deeper, so please use it according to your needs.

To check the cooking progress when making hot sandwiches, we've made the grip end detachable with magnets, as it's troublesome to remove the clasp each time.

There are small scratches and some areas that may not be fully polished, but these do not affect use and are not considered initial defects.

Please wash thoroughly before use.
The product does not have a coating, as coatings restrict maintenance and can degrade over time.

[Precautions]
- Before use, please wash thoroughly with neutral detergent.
- Boiling in rice water for about 10 minutes will create a thin film on the surface, making it less prone to sticking and blackening. Regular maintenance is recommended.
- Do not store food in the maker after cooking, as this can cause blackening.
- No special maintenance is required after use. Wash with neutral detergent, dry thoroughly, and store.

[If sticking or blackening occurs]
1. For blackening, gently polish in a circular motion with a sponge and cleanser.
2. For burnt-on food or heavy blackening, polish in a circular motion with a steel wool pad and cleanser.
3. You may see black foam when polishing; this is a reaction between the polished aluminum and water. After rinsing, wash thoroughly with neutral detergent.
4. After polishing, boiling in rice water for about 10 minutes will create a thin film on the surface, making it less prone to sticking and blackening.
