Description
This is a de Buyer iron frying pan made in France, perfect for outdoor cooking.
Diameter is approximately 22cm, base is approximately 15cm.
It has been used for cooking steaks and other dishes with the cap on, so there is some oil residue. However, the cooking surface has formed a protective oil layer and has not been intentionally scrubbed.
A perfectly sized lid is also included, although it is not the original.
It is suitable for meat dishes, and with a little seasoning, can also be used for fried eggs and fried rice.
