White hula dance lei. The length around the neck is 45cm, which is half of 90cm.
Used once for a recital about 5 years ago. Upon counting, the tips of the petals on almost all flowers had some fiber showing. I believe this will not be noticeable when worn around the neck while dancing, so I have categorized it as slightly scratched or dirty.
