The center has circular drainage holes and the silicone ring has rectangular drainage slots. 4.9 inch diameter, 0.26 inch height. Fits drains less than 4.5 inches. Designed for round and flat drains. Weighted to stay in place without suction cups or adhesive. Non-slip silicone edge keeps it from shifting underfoot. Stainless steel and silicone construction. Brand new, unused.
