Vintage pink or cranberry glass twisted swirl bud vase. This specific style of vintage glassware is commonly referred to as a cranberry optic swirl swung bud vase. Vases featuring this signature twisted spiral optic texture and rich pink-to-magenta hue were highly popular throughout the mid-to-late 20th century (predominantly the 1950s through the 1980s). The markings embossed on the bottom (the letters CFG) stand for Continental Floral Greens (often referred to as Continental Glass Division or CFG Co.).  Unlike Pilgrim or Fenton, which were high-end art studios making hand-blown collectible glassware, CFG mass-produced high-quality florist pressed glass in the United States during the mid-to-late 20th century (predominantly the 1960s and 1970s).
