This is the classic frying pan from turk, founded in 1857 by blacksmith Albert-Carl Turk. It is made using the same methods as 150 years ago, and there are currently only three craftsmen in the world who can make this frying pan. For this reason, it is a highly labor-intensive product, with only 8,000 units manufactured annually. While it may require a little more effort than Teflon pans, unlike Teflon which loses its coating in about a year, this frying pan is extremely durable and can last for 100 years if properly maintained. It has excellent heat retention and can be used over a campfire, making it suitable for cooking thick ingredients and for outdoor use. Please season before use.
