Up for sale is a beautiful and highly collectible vintage 1950s Avon miniature brass creme rouge (cream blush) compact. It features an ornate embossed floral scrollwork design on the lid with a classic textured finish on the base. Details: -Brand: Avon Products, Inc. (New York) -Era: 1950s -Shade: Pink Tinge - Made in US Condition:Gently used condition. The brass casing shows a beautiful age-appropriate patina. The hinge and latch work perfectly and snap shut securely. The internal mirror is intact. Note on Vintage Makeup: Due to its age (70+ years old), this item is being sold strictly as a historical collectible and vanity display piece. It is NOT intended or safe for cosmetic use on the skin. Vintage Patina Note: Please note when opening the lid, a tiny amount of fine, black vintage oxidation powder from the hinge area may occasionally flake onto the surface.
