This is a very old sumi tsubo that was found in storage.
The water wheel spins. It uses a nail as an axis, not maple.
It was likely used by sheet metal workers and other craftsmen, given its size and the fact that red ink was used.
Carpenters can also use it. Its small size makes it easy to handle.
It will be shipped after simple cleaning.
