*Received from a friend (who owns a cat) who used it a few times and stored it in its box at home.
Infrequent use, only a few times.
There are scuffs and minor scratches from use.

*To confirm operation, I performed the cleaning procedure described in the manual.
Both the blue button for iced drinks and the red button for hot water worked without issue.
As I just finished cleaning it, it may not be completely dry by the time of shipping.

*The instruction manual is warped due to moisture.
It can also be viewed online.

*The main unit and the box have been disinfected with alcohol wipes.

*Part of the side of the box opening is frayed from cat claws.
Although I have a family member with cat allergies, no allergic reactions have occurred since I received this item.

*The outer box has adhesive marks from shipping labels, so I will attach the shipping label directly to it. Please understand.
