This item is being listed from the warehouse of my family's toy store.

This is a Maruzen Walther P38 with an original frame, marked with the serial number 2807K, and includes a weight. It is a stock item. While it shows signs of age, it has no noticeable scratches and is in relatively good condition. I would like to pass it on to a collector.

I am currently in legal proceedings seeking damages against the platform administration for repeated unwarranted listing deletions, inaction on these deletions, and account restrictions.
Despite not violating any rules, my listings have been repeatedly deleted or restricted without any investigation. When I inquired, there was no response or action taken. After 24 hours, upon the lifting of the restriction, I received only an apology stating, Upon re-examination, the listing was found to be compliant. We apologize. No compensation was provided during the restriction period. Although I have made these clarifications, my listings are still being deleted. As a directive to prevent deletion, the slide is made of ABS resin, not metal, and is a toy gun part completely unrelated to conversion or customization, possessing no lethal capabilities.
