Magewappa Two-Tier Bento Box, 18cm, Meiji Period
53.46 $
Description
This is a Magewappa bento box. It has a compartment for rice, making it a two-tiered structure, which is a rarer type among Magewappa bento boxes. There is an inscription that appears to be from the 11th year of the Meiji era (1878).
As it is an antique item, it is in a condition commensurate with its age. However, the shape is well-preserved and not structurally unsound. It appears that it could be used after cleaning the interior.
Dimensions: 10.5cm (length) x 18cm (width) x 11cm (height), middle tier height 3cm.
