Vintage 1950s Simplicity 4286 sewing pattern for a misses' one-piece dress and sash. This Simple To Make design features a bodice with a high neckline in the front and a deep V-neckline in the back. The sleeveless dress includes slanted armholes and a flared skirt gored with deep soft pleats at the side seams. Optional side seam pockets and a back zipper closing complete the look.
