200g Electric Coffee Roaster

This is a handmade electric coffee roaster with a roasting capacity of up to 200g.
This item was sold on Mercari, but has only been used once and stored, so I believe it is in excellent condition.
It is in perfect working order.
You can set this roaster on a cassette stove and start roasting immediately.
Since it is electric, you can achieve very beautiful roasts as long as you pay attention to the heat control.
I also own and currently use a 400g roaster of this type. I have been roasting about 1kg almost every week for over a year, and the motor is very durable with no signs of wear.
With 8 years of roasting experience using various roasters, I find this roaster easy to control and capable of producing professional-quality results.
It is very reliably built.
I am selling the 200g model because I don't use it often.
I highly recommend this roaster for those who want to start roasting.

■ Roaster Features ■
Electric roaster with stainless steel cover and perforated drum. Roasting capacity up to 200g.

Electric Rotating Drum
- Uses a reliable Japanese-made motor.
- Stepless speed adjustment from 0 to 90 RPM.

Drum is made of stainless steel
- Rotating shaft is steel, agitator blades are aluminum
- 2 agitator blades on the side of the drum + 2 blades at the rear of the drum. The side blades are attached at a slight angle to the drum, making it difficult to cause uneven roasting.

Stainless Steel Cover (frame is aluminum)
- Prevents heat from the stove from escaping and heats the beans from all directions, allowing for ideal roasting.
- The flip-up design means you don't have to worry about where to put the cover when you remove it at the end of the roast.

Temperature can be measured during roasting
　★Thermometer is not included.
- Temperature control during roasting allows for highly reproducible results.
- A sample spoon can be used with the thermometer inserted.
★Caution!! Please note that this is not the intended use of a cooking thermometer, and you are responsible for any use or malfunction of the thermometer.
★Caution!! The drum cannot be removed without first removing the thermometer.
