■For the heat source, we recommend using a portable butane stove for home use. If you have other specialized heat sources, feel free to use them. Kitchen gas stoves with safety features that shut off the flame are not suitable for use.
■I am selling this because my home environment has changed and I can no longer roast coffee. I used it for about a year, and it is not noticeably dirty; I believe the condition is good.
■The included thermometer is not very useful, so we recommend preparing your own thermometer.
