This is a sophisticated obi from the Honba Chikuzen Hakataori textile tradition. It was stored in the room of my grandmother, who practiced Nihon Buyo (Japanese dance) in the Karyu-kai school.
It has been kept in its box, but due to its considerable age, there are some stains and fading. Please refer to the images. The images show everything.
