【UOP-01-LT】Coffee Roasting Pan Option (Pan/Thermocouple/Cable Set)

Ready to start roasting coffee beans at home like a pro?
This is an optional accessory for the UZU ROASTER starter kit. It includes a roasting pan, thermocouple probe, and USB cable. You will also need a separate thermometer (UZ-01), a heat source, and a PC or smartphone. (UZ-01 unit is not included.)

Connect the thermocouple and your UZ-01 or UZ-0X thermometer to the roasting pan. Then, using your PC or smartphone browser or our dedicated app, you can accurately roast coffee beans while viewing the real-time temperature graph.

The roasting pan is compatible with direct flame but not induction cooktops.
When roasting with a household stove, the safety mechanism may activate and reduce the heat if it gets too hot.
In such cases, using a portable butane stove will provide stable heat and consistent roasting.

・Those who want to master pan roasting.
