Cherry Bark Craft (Kaba-zaiku) Akita Kakunodate Traditional Crafts Basketry Bottom

Description
Cherry Bark Craft (Kabazaiku)
Akita Kakunodate Traditional Crafts
Diameter: Approx. 14.5 cm
Some signs of age-related deterioration.
This item was stored long-term at my parents' home.
It has a grooved edge and is the base used when making wisteria baskets, making it a rare item.
It seems suitable for use as a tabletop basket, but I am not knowledgeable about crafts, so I cannot explain its usage or other details.
The grooved part may wear down, so I have wiped it as much as possible. Also, the grooves may be worn down to the point where it affects basket making, so please judge from the images.
Thank you for your consideration after understanding the current condition. (⋆ᴗ͈ˬᴗ͈)”
I am also listing items with different sizes and back materials.
Please take a look if you'd like. ꕤ︎︎·͜·
