Vintage‎ Portuguese Olive Oil Vinegar Cruet Set Alexandre Algarvio Pottery

Vintage olive oil and vinegar cruet dispenser set made in Portugal by Alexandre Algarvio. These ceramic cruets feature a warm brown glaze with raised floral designs and traditional Portuguese markings. The tops are marked with “A” for azeite (olive oil) and “V” for vinagre (vinegar). These pieces were previously used and show signs of age including small chips and light wear consistent with vintage kitchenware. Because of this, they are best suited as decorative kitchen pieces or collectible Portuguese pottery. Details: • Maker: Alexandre Algarvio • Origin: Portugal • Material: Glazed ceramic • Markings: “A” for azeite (olive oil) and “V” for vinagre (vinegar) • Raised floral design • Vintage condition with visible wear These cruets were originally purchased in São Miguel (Furnas), Azores and were used in my grandparents’ home for over 40 years.
