This is a Hakone Yosegi-zaiku (marquetry) jewelry box.
I used it as a small item case after removing the inner tray, but I'm selling it because I have too many similar items.
As you can see in the photos, there is not much sign of use, only minor scuffs, so it can still be used for a long time.
It has a luxurious feel with a matte varnish applied to the dark color. The fabric lining inside is also high quality. It weighs 965 grams, giving it a substantial and weighty feel.
The outer box and instruction manual are not included.
