This is a dancing umbrella used at the Tottori Shanshan Festival.
It was actually used by my mother at the festival.
I would be happy if someone could take it off my hands.
Buying a new one would probably be quite expensive.

There are signs of use such as fading due to age, but I believe it can still be used.
I think it's probably handmade, and I'll include a storage bag.
All the bells are still attached, but the gold and silver paper is missing in about 5 places.
