Hand-thrown studio pottery bottle vase featuring an earthy olive green and deep brown glaze with a wide vertical section of exposed reddish-brown stoneware. Beautiful organic variation in the glaze, visible throwing lines and a narrow neck with slightly flared rim give this piece a distinctive artisan character. Signed/incised with an unidentified potter’s mark on the base. Maker unknown. Estimated late 20th century. Approx. 8” tall. Very good vintage condition with natural variations inherent to handmade pottery. Please see photos for details and maker’s mark.
