【Seasoning】
① Burn off the wax and create an oxide film by heating the product.
Wash off the wax and surface dirt with dish soap and a sponge, then wipe dry.
Place the skillet on the heat. Once it starts to warm up, heat it on high heat until it smokes.
When the smoke subsides, turn off the heat and let the skillet cool down.
*Cast iron is fragile! Do not put hot cast iron into water.
Wash with dish soap and a sponge to remove the burned-off film, then wipe dry.
Heat again to completely evaporate any moisture.
② Season with oil to prevent sticking.
Generously coat the inside of the skillet with cooking oil.
Heat for about 3 minutes.
Discard the heated oil.
Wipe the entire skillet (inside and out) evenly with oil, as if to let it soak in.

【Care】
While the skillet is still warm, remove dirt with a sponge or scrubber and wash with hot water. If the skillet has cooled, add water and heat it again to remove dirt. After washing, dry it by heating it to evaporate moisture.
Initially, the oil may not be fully seasoned, so apply a thin layer of oil at the end.
