Condition Notes (Full Disclosure): - Main Bag Body: Excellent, near-pristine condition. The ballistic nylon exterior has no tears, heavy scuffs, or stains. Zippers glide smoothly but do show some discoloration, corners are sharp, and the leather handle grips look great. - Interior: Super clean lining with no spills or odors. Even has some of the original packaging paper.  Features the integrated Tumi Tracer plate (Serial: 74231572191000121811).  - Shoulder Strap: The adjustable strap is fully functional and the top leather backing is in great shape. However, the soft, non-slip rubberized coating on the underside of the shoulder pad has partially rubbed off/flaked away due to age (see photos).  Not sure if this bag was ever actually used.
