Silicone tubes for replacing the feed rollers and ejection rollers of Scan Snap S500/S510
Silicone tube: Inner diameter 6mm, Outer diameter 12mm, Length approx. 24mm (with some variation)

These are to replace the degraded rubber rollers of your ScanSnap. There are two methods: complete disassembly or partial replacement by making a vertical cut. These tubes can be used as-is for complete disassembly, or by making a cut for partial replacement.

Method for Complete Disassembly Replacement
Due to the complexity, please search online for detailed instructions. There is no difference in normal use, and although it takes time, the appearance will be perfect.

Method for Partial Replacement
1. Remove the feed rollers and ejection rollers by making a vertical cut with a cutter and pulling them off. If hydrolysis has progressed significantly, you may need to remove stickiness with anhydrous ethanol and cotton swabs.
2. Make a vertical cut in the new tube and set it onto the feed roller and ejection roller shafts, utilizing the rotation of the power button.
Some people use adhesive, but it is not necessary. Only apply adhesive if you wish to do so.
