Oigen Foundry Dutch Oven Tenbi 24cm Grill Skillet

This is a Dutch oven from the traditional Iwate Prefecture craft, Nambu ironware, made by Oigen Foundry.

Although it is a one-handed pot, the lid can also be used as a grill skillet. The grill skillet lid has a wavy structure that allows excess oil from meat to drip off, creating delicious grill marks. The lid is heavy enough to cook delicious rice. It can be used for various dishes such as soups, stews, and grilled items.

It has many excellent features, such as absorbing iron during cooking, retaining heat for longer-lasting warm food, even heat distribution, and not requiring careful temperature control like Teflon-coated cookware.

You can also cook two dishes simultaneously, for example, making soup or stew in the pot and grilling in the lid. It is very convenient as it can be used with any heat source, including gas, IH, charcoal, and campfire.
It would also be useful for home use.

It is unused, but has been stored in a dark place at home for a long time.
