Vintage Genuine Amber Sterling Silver Drop Dangle Earrings 1.75", Artisan Piece

Beautiful, vintage, genuine amber drop earrings set in 925 sterling silver. Possibly Baltic. The amber cabochons are a gorgeous warm honey, cognac and golden-brown color with natural-looking internal variations and translucency. The silver settings feature lovely twisted rope-textured stems and decorative leaf-like prongs, giving these earrings an artisan/vintage look.  The amber glows beautifully when held up to the light. Absolutely stunning earrings!  Approx. 1.75 total length from where the hook attaches to the bottom of the amber. I'm not sure if the fishhook ear wires are sterling but the actual piece is marked 925 and acid tested sterling silver.  The two amber stones have naturally occurring variations in color and internal appearance, which adds to their character and individuality.  Fabulous vintage condition. The silver has an attractive aged/oxidized finish, particularly in the textured details.   A beautiful pair for an amber jewelry collection.  From a non-smoking home.
