This is an OTS Type 89 Rifle Handguard Rail (Barrel Cover) Type B (the type with a flat rail at the top front).
The parts and installation image are shown in image 4, as it is currently wrapped in bubble wrap.

By simply replacing the left and right barrel covers of the Tokyo Marui Type 89 electric gun or gas blowback gun, it becomes a barrel cover (handguard) with rails. You can easily upgrade your Type 89 rifle. (Some parts may need to be removed or modified for electric guns.)
Short rails can be attached to the top, bottom, left, and right as desired. Since no modification is required, it can be returned to its original state.
*Also compatible with real firearms.
