Ski Boots SALOMON S/PRO ALPHA 110 26.5cm

Thank you for viewing.
These are Salomon S/PRO ALPHA 110 ski boots, size 26.5cm. Purchased in 2024 and used for only two seasons in the Tohoku region.

Neither the shell nor the liner of the boots have been heat-molded, so they can be heat-molded at a shop for a fee. The original insoles are unused and new, as custom insoles were used. I will include them.
There are scratches on the inside of the boots from the skis, but they are not at a level that impairs the functionality of the boots. If the scratches are a concern, please let me know and I will add more photos.

Below are my personal impressions of the boots.

The boots have a narrow last width of 98mm, allowing for direct transmission of foot movements to the skis. The flex of 110 provides a good level of stiffness, making these boots ideal for intermediate to advanced skiers taking ski proficiency tests. I personally achieved SAJ Badge Test Level 2 and Level 1 with these boots.

These boots can also be used for freeriding. I used them with Salomon's QST106 freeride skis, and the moderate flex of the boots allowed me to flexibly control the skis even in fresh snow on moderate to steep slopes.

A functional feature of these boots is that the second buckle from the toe is designed closer to the ankle compared to other boots. This provides a high level of ankle hold and reduces pressure on the instep, making them suitable for Japanese individuals with high insteps. (I personally experienced constant instep pain with other boots, which was resolved by switching to these.)

I am selling them because I will have very few opportunities to ski due to a job transfer. Thank you for your consideration.
