Vintage Concord Fabrics Halloween House Party Vest Panel designed by The Kesslers.   Whimsical vintage Halloween fabric panel featuring dozens of cats and kittens dressed as witches, flying on broomsticks, sitting among pumpkins and celebrating on a colorful Halloween rooftop.  The panel includes the printed pattern pieces and sewing instructions for making a Halloween vest in Small, Medium, Large or Extra Large. The vest panel itself measures approximately 35 x 60.
