These are special boots for World Cup athletes, positioned above FIS level. Unlike commercially available models, they offer high rigidity and excellent edge grip. The material is also resilient, providing a spring-like feel.
The lower shell's joint line is oriented horizontally, not centered, possibly due to a different manufacturing line or to achieve greater rigidity. The upper and lower shells appear to be made of different materials, as indicated by their differing colors.
Purchased about 4 years ago from h&n in Austria. Although marked ZC, they felt even stiffer when worn. The area above the ankle bone and the ball of the little toe have been heat-molded. There are marks from this process. Used for approximately 40 days of skiing. There is some slight wear, but given their inherent stiffness, they are likely in a good, usable condition. The power strap and insoles are new, as I used different ones.
I am selling them because they are too stiff for me. How about them for those aiming for the top?
