Vintage Chicago Cutlery model 41S chef's knife featuring an approximately 6 blade, traditional wood handle and three-rivet full-tang construction. Handle is clearly marked 41S CHICAGO CUTLERY. Approximately 10½ overall length based on measurements shown. Blade material is unknown may be carbon steel. Pre-owned vintage condition with considerable signs of previous use and age. Blade has scratches, sharpening marks, surface discoloration and areas of oxidation. Wood handle shows age-related wear, darkening and marks. Rivets also show age/patina. Please review photos carefully as they are part of the condition description. Approximate measurements: Blade: 6 Handle: 4½ Overall: 10½ Knife only; no sheath included.
