This is a Marushin Beretta M92F Metal Finish model with its original resin slide, from stock. It has noticeable age-related scratches and broken parts. I would like to pass this on to a collector.
I am currently in legal proceedings seeking damages against the platform administration for repeated unwarranted deletions, suspensions, and inaction regarding my listings.
Despite my listings being compliant, they have been repeatedly deleted or restricted without any investigation. When I inquired, there was no response or action taken. After 24 hours, upon the lifting of the restriction, I received only an apology stating, Upon re-examination, the listing was compliant. We apologize, with no compensation for the period of restriction. Although I have stated this, it is still being deleted. As a directive to prevent deletion, I am stating that the slide is made of ABS resin, not metal, and is a toy gun part unrelated to conversions or custom modifications, possessing no lethal capabilities.
Furthermore, we kindly request that those who are sensitive to such matters refrain from making complaints after purchase. We will be shipping via standard mail (non-registered).
