Women's, black, crinkle pleated, maxi skirt by Roz & Ali. Lightweight, flowing, long skirt that's perfect for spring, summer, or fall. There are 2 layers, the sheer outside layer and an opaque lining underneath.   Size 2X, exact measurements as follows: Waist - 19.5   Bottom across - 42    Length - 35.5 Good condition. I think there was originally a belt and loops attached because the care tag says to remove belt and the hemline on the hips is a little irregular. The last picture is a close up of one side, the hemline dips down a little bit, probably to accommodate another design element. No other damage or flaws. No stains, discoloring, rips, or holes.
