Peter Chapman Style Puzzle 2011 Red Mahogany Beaver 3D Interlocking

Beautiful handcrafted 3D interlocking wooden beaver puzzle dated 2011 and labeled Red Mahogany. This unusual puzzle is made from multiple precisely cut interlocking sections that form a detailed seated beaver. The small eye piece acts as the locking/key piece  once removed, the puzzle can gradually be taken apart to reveal a hidden surprise inside. I only removed the eye and loosened a few sections enough to verify the puzzle mechanism. I did not fully disassemble it, so it remains together as shown.  Wonderful details include:   Genuine Red Mahogany label on the underside   Handwritten SAK 2011 maker/date marking   Leather ears   Detailed carved cross-hatched beaver paddle tail   Small front teeth   Intricate interlocking puzzle-piece construction   Hidden surprise inside   Approximately 7 long and about 5 tall  The construction closely resembles Peter Chapmans well-known Class Menagerie interlocking animal puzzles, so I am describing this as Peter Chapman/Class Menagerie style. I have not been able to independently verify the SAK maker mark as Peter Chapmans signature, so I am not representing it as a confirmed Chapman-made piece. I did not take the puzzle completely apart. I want to leave the surprise for you! From looking on the outside, it looks to be about a 12 piece puzzle!  Very nice pre-owned condition with light age/use wear. Please review all photos closely, especially the ears, eyes, finish, and maker markings, as they are part of the description.
