Although purchased for use, this item is new and unused but has been stored for nearly 10 years without being used.
As it has not been opened, it may have been like this from the start, but the print on the tip appears to be slightly peeling (see photos 3 and 4).
As the condition of the product is unknown, it is listed as being in poor condition overall.
The outer bag has been opened, but the inner bag is still attached.

Due to nearly 10 years of long-term storage, there may be unseen scratches due to deterioration, and since it has not been opened, it is unknown how much it can be used.
