Godin Multiac Nylon Encore Burnt Umber

I haven't played this much after purchasing it.
Upon closer inspection, there is some age-related deterioration on the rubber parts of the pegs, but the wood and metal parts are generally in clean condition.
There are minor scratches, but I don't think there are any noticeable large ones.
We ask for your understanding that this is a used item.
I kept it at home and performed regular maintenance, such as applying oil.
The indoor humidity is kept between 40% and 50%.
There is no warping in the neck, and the fret wear is barely noticeable at first glance. (This is just my amateur opinion.)

It has only been used indoors and has not been taken outside.
A soft case is also included.
The case has also only been stored indoors and has never been taken out.
There are no pets and no smoking, so there are no odors.

I have also confirmed the line output (electrical system).
Both the EQ and the internal microphone are functioning normally.
