Corningware Pyroceram 1Qt Casserole L’Echalote

CorningWare casserole dish from their iconic Spice of Life collection, which was highly popular throughout the 1970s and 1980s. Clear glass lid is typically made of Pyrex glass (both brands were originally owned by Corning Glass Works), the white ceramic-glass base itself is made of CorningWare's signature Pyroceram material. ® Features the pattern labeled L'Echalote (French for the shallot) printed right below the vegetable illustration.  It great shaped overall with only marring on the bottom (see photos).  The Corning Ware A-1-B Spice of Life / L'Échalote 1-quart casserole is approximately 8¾ in. long handle-to-handle × 7 in. wide × 2 in. tall for the dish alone. The matching glass lid is about 7 × 7 in.; with the lid on, total height is roughly 3¾ in.
