American homecoming item, deadstock, excellent condition, small Ichimatsu doll

This is a returning item from America.
It is likely a pre-war Doll.
It may have been made for export.
It comes with a box, and the original costume is neatly dressed.
The sleeves are sewn on with an overlap.
The hem is also sewn down to prevent it from becoming disheveled.
I believe that perhaps because foreigners might not be able to adjust the costume if it became disheveled, they carefully stitched it in key places to prevent it from falling apart.
It is also wearing tabi socks.
Was it not displayed?
The colors of the kimono remain vibrant, and I see no damage to the face or other parts (amateur assessment).
The legs are firmly stuffed, so it cannot sit.
It should be able to sit if the stuffing is removed.
It is a small, easy-to-display size of 31cm.
To check for a maker's mark, I removed the thread that held the obi and looked at the stomach, but there was no mark, and it contained a non-sounding bellows.
It is a Doll with a very beautiful and cute face that is tightly formed.
I believe it is also interesting from a historical perspective.
