Whether you're catching eels on land, fishing in holes, or trapping them in tubes,
a shallow net can cause them to jump out and escape.

After multiple revisions, we've created a size that prevents eels from escaping and is easy to carry.

[Product Condition]

This is a handmade, unused net that has been actually used for eel fishing and trapping.

We have handled many eels over the years.

This is a custom-made, original deep net specifically for eels, refined to be perfectly functional for eel handling.

Thanks to this net and its dedicated eel bag,
we can now confidently bring home numerous eels each year.

Sometimes people ask if the eel slime will be a problem.

When nets and eel bags not designed for eel fishing are used,
they can be rough on the eels, causing them to thrash violently,
and the slime can stick firmly to the net.

With this eel net and the bag net,
handling eels is natural and comfortable,
and we've never had issues with white slime buildup.

To reduce costs,
the net handle, frame, and mesh are shipped unassembled.
After opening, extend the frame, shape it,
set it in the mesh, insert the frame into the handle's hole,
cover with the washer, and screw it in with a Phillips head screwdriver.

Adding adhesive to the frame's hole before setting will make it more robust.

The handle, mesh, frame, wood screws, and hardware
can all be provided as replacement parts,
allowing for long-term and economical use.
