【Product Description】
This is a raw cypress log from Chiba Prefecture, Japan, approximately 35 years old, cut with a chainsaw.

It is relatively soft and easy to process, making it suitable for bonfire beginners. Cypress is known to burn longer and be more useful than cedar and other woods. It is also convenient as a material for DIY and crafts.

Compared to woods like oak, sawtooth oak, konara, sakura, and kashi, cypress has a pleasant, unique aroma.

While many products are processed into firewood, this is intentionally left as a raw log. You can enjoy the process of turning it into firewood and the experience of making a bonfire. Also, as it is air-dried outdoors, it may have some moisture depending on the climate at the time of shipment. This moderate moisture is useful when processing it into firewood or a Swedish torch.

It can be used as fuel for BBQs during family camping trips, bonfires for solo camping, stoves, pizza ovens, stone ovens, and regular ovens.
Cypress is said to produce a bit more smoke, so please ensure it is thoroughly dried before use.

Some customers also use it as a stump stool. It's also popular for those who enjoy decorating with it!

After delivery, please dry and store it in a well-ventilated area above ground.

Enjoying the process of making a bonfire can create lasting memories. The experience of splitting firewood with your family, the DIY project of making a Swedish torch, the effort of building a bonfire... etc. Because it's not convenient, it's sure to create many cherished memories.

For safety reasons, no anti-mold or anti-rot agents are used. We visually inspect before shipping, but some soil, stains, mold, or insects may not be completely removed during packing. Due to outdoor natural drying, bark may peel off naturally during the drying process.
