This is a genuine, very rare center diamond real wood grip from Smith & Wesson.
Features black washers, football cut, square butt, and likely walnut wood.

Compatible with N-frame square butts such as the Model 29. Screws are included.
Tanaka Works is planning to release the M29-0 (4-screw, No Dash) soon, so it may also be compatible with that.
