Want this for less? Bundle!!! Spiralbound vintage cookbook of vegetarian recipes, 1992 paperback. Good clean used condition but please note the cover has some yellowing and scuffs. Recipes used at the Silver Hills Guest House in British Columbia, a place dedicated to natural healing. Not sure if the guest house is still in business but mentioning because the recipes are designed for health, nutrition and healing. Six categories: beans, pastas, rice, soups, patties, casseroles and loaves. All vegetarian meals. $11.95 at time of issue in 1992.
