I received this as a gift and am unsure of the exact details. Based on visual inspection, the materials appear to be:
Top: Solid mahogany
Back and sides: Rosewood
Fingerboard and bridge: Rosewood
Neck: Mahogany
However, this is my amateur assessment.
The neck has a matte finish and is straight. The nut for the 1st and 2nd strings has been lowered significantly, making it very easy to press down, according to the previous owner.
Measurements show the string height at the 12th fret to be:
6th string: 2.5mm, 1st string: 2mm.
The frets show only a slight reduction in wear on the 1st fret of the 2nd string.
The tone is subjective, but it was described as having a voluminous, rich low end and clear highs.
The strings have been replaced with slightly older ones for testing.
A case is not included. The guitar will be wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a cardboard box.

This guitar belongs to a family member and appears to be quite old. There are minor dings and scratches, but overall it is in good condition.
As the details are unknown and the description may be incomplete, and considering its long storage period, please examine the images carefully and make your purchase with no claims or returns (NC.NR).
